Context

The CNOSF (national Olympic committee) wants to implement as a support for all federations a report about development levers within affiliated public sports organizations.

Our work

In collaboration with the CNOSF, we have decided to focus on 14 relevant levers of development (in function of the applicable structure). To document our report, we have met with 20 sports organizations from different places in France. Every lever of development has been illustrated by a case study.
