The French federation of Rugby « FFR » wishes to re develop its payroll management policy for its 120 administrative employees. The current policy is indeed not relevant and appealing to employees.

Our work

  • Cartography of the payroll structure of the FFR, identification of potential dysfunction and levers to optimize. Impact measurement in case they maintain the current payroll management policy.
  • Elaboration of new suggestions and recommendations for the re development of the payroll management policy. Impact modeling.
  • Presentation of the evolutions to the employee’s representatives and the central management body. Elaboration of a collaborative platform (Q&A) for employees.


Technical and methodological support to the process (to employee’s representatives). All orientations and recommendations suggested have been adopted by a majority.
